My measurements are 36C-26-37 and I weigh at 127 lbs and my height is 5'3 and I do about 5 minute cardio sessions everyday as well as the cindy crawford workout. I'm going to start doing the 3 2 1 (3 cardio, 2 circuit, 1 ab) workout but I don't want to lose my s! Does cardio really let you go down a full cup size? I'm already healthy as it is.
