I have man . how to cure it?

i have man s. i am male, 21 years, 89kgs, 40"hip size, living in erode, tamilnadu, india. which doctor shold i see ? i.e i am asking for ear pain we should see ENT specilaist likewise for man which doctor/specalist i shold see? can you suggest any hospital/ doctors in ERODE/ TAMILNADU AREA?
