Suspended Drivers License - 4th offense?

I know an indivisual, my ex wife who dont like to follow rules. She has a court date coming up for driving on a suspended license-4th offense in Norfolk VA. (SUSP LIC-4TH OFF ACC). I'm not sure if she was pulled over by a state trooper, but I know she has similar charges in Chesapeake VA, and if im not mistaken in Portsmouth VA. Will all this stuff come up in her record or will they just see the stuff in Norfolk. What will most likely happen?
