Should I file LLC in AZ or NV (or DE)?

Live in AZ. Starting business with only out of state clients. I won't actually work in AZ except for writing the reports (and I can actually do that while in the other states). I have another job and do not want to list/name the members of the LLC for protection. Should I file in NV or AZ?
