Is canada half of land m is unhabitable?

i read somewhere that canada half land area is not habitable for peoples ,,due to too cold region.....canadian provinces like yukon,nt,nunavat there are too cold ....so mean of that canada is not big country by land m ....amazing ..canada is too cold for living near about arctic circle or...yellowknife.....useless country by land m ..but my country is so hugh....think you...........
