Will something happen if i let my therapist know about past child abuse allegations?

we havent talked in 4 months and im going to see her soon. the child abuse i reported to my school was during these 4 months we didnt talk. but now everything is GREAT. i love my family and my mothers. but im just wonder what may happen if i let my therapist know this?
