A Runescape Clan to help lvl 3 "Noobs" and show them the game?

ok- i have this idea that some people will hate, and others will love. i play runescape, im a lvl 53. Now- i am sick and tired of these high lvl players who stick around lumbridge and make fun of lvl 3 people ("noobs") who just started. its pathetic! these lvl 70s follow these players who ask them to stop, make fun of them, trash them, and lure them into the wildy and into places where they can get killed. Now- i want to make a clan of sorts. the purpous is to get a small group of people- say 5-10 of them. These people need to have a somewhat high lvl (like 30+ i guess). and they also need to feel the way i do about treating noobs. so it would basically be a clan that finds new players that need help in the game or is getting harred. we will basically teach them the roaps, show them around, tell em about the common scams of runescape. hopefully well get reconized by jagex. this would be a good way to get reconized as a player moderator. if anyone is inteterested-add boston babe9(me
