Dynasty league trade?

I'm offering Derek Anderson/Tory Holt for Matt Schaub/Larry Johnson. This is a full dynasty league where all players are kept. Right now my RBs are Lynch, Jacobs, Thomas Jones, Matt Forte, Hightower and Steve Slaton. My WRs are Colston, Holt, Bowe, Cotchery, Driver, Bryant and Gage. Is it worth it going after LJ? Or is losing Holt more costly in the long run?
